
YOD Yoga – NEW Class MAY & June 2025
YOD Yoga is Yoga and a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout rolled into a one hour class. It starts with a yoga warm-up, then will move into the 12 minute HIIT portion, then you get a really nice yoga cool-down that will help stretch out those muscles. This class can be attended by any level participant as there are always options presented to make it as challenging as you want/need it to be. YOD stands for Your Own Determination, so YOU are choosing exactly how hard you work on any given day. YOD Yoga is FUN and motivating! Joni Brown will be leading this class and will help you rediscover the best version of yourself, on and off the mat.
