NEW Tabata Workout Jan 9 – Feb 6

In a Tabata workout, you alternate between 20/30/ or 40-second intervals of all-out effort and 10-second intervals of rest for eight total rounds, doing exercises like jumping jacks, high knees, squats, sprints, etc. Anything can be modified and its great for all levels and abilities. Get ready to get in a great workout. Bring your water bottle.
